About me

Project Manager with a technical background

I connect the technical world of data with project management and people.

I am a Project Manager in evolution with several years of previous experience in data and Cloud. I come from a technical background (data engineering, Google Cloud, Azure) and I am currently studying a Master in Project Management to go one step further: leading projects, bringing order to complexity and helping technology turn into real outcomes.

I’m comfortable working with both technical and business stakeholders, and I enjoy translating technical language into decisions everyone can understand. I’m especially interested in how ways of working impact project quality and team wellbeing.

How I work as a Project Manager

Even though my master’s is still in progress, I already apply a project management mindset in my day-to-day work.

Planning and follow-up

Definition of objectives, milestones and tasks. Use of project tools to visualize progress, prioritize and identify blockers early.

Bridging business and technology

Translating business requirements into language the technical team can work with, and the other way around, reducing misunderstandings and rework.

Change management and adoption

Supporting the adoption of new tools (Cloud, AI, automation) so they don’t stay as “nice projects” but become real, sustainable usage.

Continuous improvement

Reviewing processes, identifying bottlenecks and proposing improvements based on data, team feedback and retrospectives.
