2. What data I process

  • Contact form: name, company (optional), email address and your message.
  • Call booking (Calendly): name, email address and your answers to the booking questions.
  • Email or WhatsApp: the details you share when you write to me through those channels.
  • Browsing data: only if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics collects statistics about how the website is used (pages viewed, device, approximate location). See the cookie policy.

3. Why I use it

  • To answer your enquiry and, if you ask for it, prepare a proposal or quote.
  • To manage our working relationship if we work together.
  • To understand how the website is used, in aggregate, only if you have accepted analytics cookies.

I do not use your data to send you advertising or to make automated decisions about you.

4. Legal basis

  • Your consent, when you send the form or write to me (article 6.1.a GDPR).
  • Steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, such as preparing a quote (article 6.1.b GDPR).
  • Your consent for analytics cookies, which you can withdraw at any time.

5. How long I keep it

For as long as needed to answer your enquiry. If we do not end up working together, I delete it no later than 12 months after our last contact. If we do, I keep it for the duration of our relationship and for the periods required by law (for example, tax obligations).

6. Who it is shared with

I do not share your data with third parties unless required by law. To run the website I use these providers, which process data on my behalf:

  • Forminit: receives the contact form messages and forwards them to me.
  • Calendly: manages call bookings and sends confirmations and reminders.
  • Web hosting provider: the server where this website is published.
  • Google: Google Analytics (only if you accept analytics cookies) and Google Fonts, which serves the website's fonts and receives your IP address when the page loads.
  • Meta (WhatsApp): only if you choose to message me on WhatsApp.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. When they do, they use the safeguards required by the GDPR, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

7. Your rights

You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, object to its processing, ask for it to be restricted or transferred, and withdraw your consent at any time. To do so, email info@rosaliacontrerasmoreira.com saying which right you want to exercise.

If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

8. Security and minors

I apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. This website is not aimed at children under 14.
